About Willy
William has been a Paramedic since 1996 working for public and private ambulance services, handling 911, Critical Care and long distance transports. As a Paramedic, William has been taught that prevention is the best way to for the public to avoid needing to be transported by ambulance.
As it is the goal of most health care organizations to prevent illness, accidents and to treat any that can not be avoided, as a Certified Personal Trainer, William is able to help the public become more fit and healthy and help prevent needing medical services.
William’s goal is to develop a web site for people to use to improve their health and fitness, focusing on functional abilities and strength, living longer with a high quality of life. William is dedicated to helping those new to exercising and the experienced reach their health and fitness goals.
Regardless of age or current fitness level everyone can benefit from starting a quality exercising program.
